The Padre Eustáquio festival will have a special celebration for the victims of Covid-19.

Known as the Missionary of Health and Peace, Father Eustáquio is regarded by devotees as the one who intercedes with God for the health of the body and the peace of souls. In this spirit, this year's Feast will include a moment of prayer for those who have died as victims of the Coronavirus.

Next Friday, the 27th, as part of the celebrations for the Blessed's Day, there will be a Mass at 3 pm, without the presence of the faithful. In place of the devotees, photos of people who died as a result of Covid-19 will occupy the church pews.

We are receiving photos of family and friends of devotees at the Sanctuary's office or by email: contato@padreeustaquio.com.br. The celebration will not have an audience, but it will be followed by... Padre Eustáquio's YouTube channel.

In solidarity with the families of the more than 574,000 Brazilian victims, we will pray for the relatives and friends who are still trying to overcome the pain of loss. We will ask God, through the intercession of Father Eustáquio, for health for all and peace for those who suffer and are in pain.
