Father Eustáquio, from a young age, showed himself to be a great admirer of the arts. This can be seen through photos of the Blessed, recovered by the cataloging process being carried out by the team of the National Secretariat for the Canonization of the Blessed.
In photos taken while he was still studying at the Minor Seminary in Grave, while Blessed Eustace was still in his Netherlands, it is possible to see Father Eustace dressed for theatrical performances. In more than one photo, he appears in medieval clothing, with a beard and long hair.
In another instance, Father Eustáquio can be seen playing in a musical band. In the photo, he appears with a tuba in his hands.
All the recovered images are part of an archive bank of the National Secretariat, which will later be used in the future Padre Eustáquio Museum.
