The exhibition \u201cGetting to Know Father Eust\u00e1quio\u201d, which opened on August 1st in Po\u00e1, in the metropolitan region of S\u00e3o Paulo, has been attracting the attention of devotees and the press. This Wednesday, Di\u00e1rio TV, a regional news program on TV Di\u00e1rio, an affiliate of TV Globo, aired a 5-minute report about the exhibition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The journalistic piece recounted the history of the Blessed One, highlighting the photos, objects, and clothing used by the priest that are on display in the city. One of the interviewees, Aparecida Rey, spoke about the crucifix that belonged to Father Eust\u00e1quio and which she inherited from her grandmother. The curator of the exhibition, Delcimar Ferreira, explained the exhibition and gave details about the material on display.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The exhibition is open to the public until August 30th, the date on which the Church liturgically commemorates Father Eust\u00e1quio. The initiative is a partnership between the Father Eust\u00e1quio Museum of Po\u00e1 and the city's Culture Secretariat. Admission is free.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
