In addition to celebrating Christmas, the community also inaugurated the region&#039;s new church. The Blessed Father Eustace Church opened on December 25th with its first Eucharistic Celebration and lunch for the community&#039;s children.<br><br>The very next day, Bishop Cl\u00e1udio Nori Sturm of the Diocese of Patos de Minas, Father Marcus Vin\u00edcius Maciel, vice-postulator of the Cause of Canonization of Father Eust\u00e1quio, and Father M\u00e1rlon Cunha, responsible for the construction, inaugurated and blessed the church. Construction began in 2018, and the new church of the Padre Eust\u00e1quio Community of the S\u00e3o Vicente de Paulo Parish (Diocese of Patos de Minas) was built with the help and donations of parishioners and residents of the region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.padreeustaquio.com.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/2021-12-26-inicio-consagracion.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-7814\" width=\"510\" height=\"287\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.padreeustaquio.com.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/2021-12-26-inicio-consagracion.jpeg 620w, https:\/\/www.padreeustaquio.com.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/2021-12-26-inicio-consagracion-300x169.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/www.padreeustaquio.com.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/2021-12-26-inicio-consagracion-400x225.jpeg 400w, https:\/\/www.padreeustaquio.com.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/2021-12-26-inicio-consagracion-600x338.jpeg 600w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 510px) 100vw, 510px\" \/><figcaption>Fr. Vin\u00edcius Maciel, ss.cc., presents the Sacred Relics of Father Eust\u00e1quio.<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>During the celebrations, Father Vin\u00edcius Maciel, ss.cc., presented the relics of Blessed Father Eust\u00e1quio to the local community. Several devotees were moved by the presence of the Sacred Relics and offered prayers asking for and giving thanks for graces received.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The church has capacity for up to 100 people and, in addition to the sacristy, includes catechism rooms and restrooms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>O \u00faltimo final de semana foi de festa no bairro Jardim Quebec, em Patos de Minas.
