Starting this week, the Sanctuary of Health and Peace, known as the Church of Father Eust\u00e1quio, will also hold in-person masses on Fridays. The idea is to offer more opportunities for the community to actively participate in church celebrations.<\/p>\n
For these celebrations, the maximum number of people allowed inside the church will also be 200, due to the pandemic. And, from now on, access to weekday masses will be controlled at the church entrance on a first-come, first-served basis. Saturday and Sunday masses and special celebrations will still require tickets to be obtained.<\/p>\n
Therefore, in-person masses at the Sanctuary of Health and Peace will now have the following schedule:<\/p>\n

\nArrive early to allow for organization and entry to the venue;
\n\u2013 As a preventative measure, the temperature of worshippers will be checked. Those with a temperature of 37.8\u00b0C or higher will not be allowed to participate in the celebrations. Shoes must be disinfected and hands sanitized before entering. Please also bring your own hand sanitizer.;
\n\u2013 All worshippers must wear protective masks while inside the church;
\n\u2013 Upon entering, please occupy any available seats in order of arrival and maintain the indicated social distancing, even if you are with your family;
\nCommunion will be distributed only in the hand. The priest and ministers will come to you.;
\n\u2013 During the Lord's Prayer, hands should not be held, and there will be no Sign of Peace;
\nTry to plan ahead so you don't have to use the restrooms;
\n\u2013 Bring your own water bottle as the water fountains are out of service;
\n\u2013 Follow the instructions of the volunteers, who are available to help;
\n\u2013 At the end of the service, wait for the people in the pews closest to the door to leave first, and so on until the last ones have left;<\/p>\n
