\u201cIn the village of Rio das Pedras (Cascalho Rico), there is a true story of bilocation. During the missions that Father Eust\u00e1quio preached there, he supposedly reprimanded a woman because of her attire, asking her to leave the church. The woman left, cursing him. Upon arriving home, she was very surprised to find Father Eust\u00e1quio waiting for her again. Impressed by this, she sent a neighbor to the church to check if that priest was still preaching, as he had just begun a sermon. While she was talking to Father Eust\u00e1quio, the neighbor confirmed that, indeed, a priest was preaching in the church. It was him, and therefore he was in two places at the same time!\u201c<\/em><\/p>\n This account is one of the testimonies given by Father Ven\u00e2ncio Hulselmans, ss.cc, in 1944, for the Cause of Canonization of Blessed Father Eust\u00e1quio.<\/p>\n The accounts attributed to Blessed Father Eustace not only reinforce his devotion among the faithful, but also inspire faith and hope in times of difficulty.
