Last Tuesday, April 30th, the vice-postulator of the Cause for Canonization of Father Eustáquio, Father Vinícius Maciel, sscc, presided over two celebrations in the city of Romaria/MG.

The first one took place at the Sanctuary of Our Lady of the Abbey, the first church where Father Eustáquio served as parish priest in Brazil. This celebration in honor of the Blessed One occurs monthly, on the 30th, at 3 pm, uniting the faithful in prayer.

At 7 pm, at the Father Eustáquio Oratory, another celebration was presided over by the vice-postulator of the Cause of Canonization of the Blessed. The mass brought together devotees of the Dutch priest for a celebration full of spirituality and communion.

These celebrations highlight the importance and legacy of Father Eustáquio in the city of Romaria (formerly Água Suja, in the Triângulo Mineiro region), perpetuating his memory and inspiring generations.
