The new priest of the Sacred Hearts, Father Armín Pérez, and his brother Gustavo, arrived last weekend in the city of Presidente Franco, Paraguay. Welcomed by the Parish of Our Lady of Fatima, the two participated in the Eucharistic Celebrations held in the community.
Last week, the two religious men bid farewell to their brothers in Belo Horizonte, Brazil. On their way to the airport, the Provincial, Father Sérgio Stein, ss.cc, performed the traditional gesture of sending off the members of the Sacred Hearts order, placing an image of Our Lady Queen of Peace on their heads.
Brother Gustavo and Father Armín are in the so-called tri-border area (Brazil, Paraguay, and Argentina) where they will continue their mission of bringing the love of the Sacred Hearts of Jesus and Mary to all of God's people.
