Father Eustace's family was a very Catholic family that dedicated their lives to serving the Lord and helping others. William Lieshout and Elizabeth van den Meulenhoff, the Blessed's parents, formed a large family that followed in their parents' footsteps in their love for God.

Proof of their adherence to the Word of the Lord is that of the nine children born to William and Elizabeth, four followed religious life. In addition to Father Eustace, three daughters became nuns serving God in another congregation: Petronella Michilia van Lieshout (Sister Pacifica), Joanna van Lieshout (Sister Eustace), and Francesca van Lieshout (Sister Faustina).

The sisters followed their religious vocation with the Congregation of the Sisters of Schijndel, who ran the Beek School in Donk, which they attended as children.
