Every Thursday during Lent, at 6 PM, the brothers of the Congregation of the Sacred Hearts, who serve at the Sanctuary of Health and Peace, lead a meditation on the Stations of the Cross. This moment offers a beautiful reflection on the Passion of Our Lord Jesus, based on texts written by Father Eustáquio himself. Immediately afterwards, the faithful and devotees can also participate in Holy Mass.
In addition to attending in person, the Stations of the Cross meditation can be done online by YouTube Channel Padre Eustáquio. The aim of the broadcast is to bring this moment of prayer to more people, especially those who are unable to leave their homes.
The Stations of the Cross is a tradition of the Catholic Church, and it leads participants on a spiritual journey along the path taken by Jesus on Mount Calvary as he carried his Cross. This journey consists of passing through 14 stations that represent specific scenes from the Passion.
