Archbishop receives priests from the Sacred Hearts to discuss the 100th anniversary of Father Eustáquio's presence in Brazil.

A meeting was held with the Metropolitan Archbishop of Belo Horizonte, Dom Walmor Oliveira de Azevedo, to present the activities planned for the celebration of the Centenary of the arrival of Blessed Father Eustáquio in Brazil, the same date that also commemorates the beginning of the work of the Congregation of the Sacred Hearts in the country.

One of the points presented was an interdisciplinary seminar on the topic, in which Dom Walmor offered to help.

In addition to Dom Walmor, those participating in the meeting included the vice-postulator of the Cause of Canonization of Blessed Father Eustáquio, Father Vinícius Maciel, ss.cc, the rector of the Sanctuary of Health and Peace, Father Edmar Oliveira, ss.cc, and the provincial of the Congregation in Brazil, Father Osvânio Mariano, ss.cc.
