Today, the Padre Eustáquio Channel is broadcasting the Holy Mass celebrated by a group of Brazilians at the missionary's tomb in Leuven, Belgium, on the Feast Day of Saint Damien of Molokai. The Eucharistic Celebration was presided over by Fr. Vinícius Maciel. SSCC.

In addition to Father Vinícius, the Holy Mass was concelebrated by Fathers Osvânio Humberto Mariano, SSCC, and Edvaldo Carneiro, SSCC. Brother Antoniel, SSCC, and 23 other Brazilian pilgrims who traveled to Europe at the end of last month also participated in the Holy Mass.

The tomb of Saint Damien of Molokai is located in the crypt of the Church of Saint Anthony in the city of Leuven, Belgium. The saint's relics were transferred in 1936 from the island of Molokai, Hawaii, to the Belgian city at the request of the Belgian government, as it is the birthplace of the Missionary of the Sacred Hearts.
