Father Vinícius Maciel, SSCC, participated in the 24th edition of the Dedo de Prosa National Meeting in Guarapari, Espírito Santo. The priest participated in the opening of the event and presided over the closing Mass, moving the participants.

Approximately 2,000 people participated in the four-day gathering on the coast of Espírito Santo. On November 17th (Thursday), Juarez Elisiário, the project's creator, opened the event at a hotel in the city. Alongside him, Father Vinícius Maciel, ss.cc., welcomed everyone, leading a moment of joy and prayer. The priest entered the theater carrying a large image of Jesus the Merciful, which moved many of the senior citizens.

Throughout the days, the elderly participated in workshops, physical activities, and shows, such as those by singer Sílvio Brito and the group Golden Boys. A booth from Padre Eustáquio's Store was set up with exclusive products dedicated to the Blessed Father.

On Sunday, Holy Mass was celebrated to conclude the event. Father Vinícius spoke about the joy that a person who believes in God should have and live intensely.

The next National Meeting of Senior Citizens, the 25th, is scheduled for March 2023 in the city of Olimpia-SP, at Thermas dos Laranjais.
