Padre Eustáquio Daycare Unit II holds Family Festival with the theme: values and affection.

Last weekend, the Padre Eustáquio Daycare Center, Unit II, held another edition of the Family Festival, focusing on the theme of values and affection with the children. This event was a unique opportunity to highlight the importance of affection in early childhood education and how fundamental values can be transmitted by families.

With a total of 94 children, aged between 4 months and 3 years, Unit II of the Padre Eustáquio Daycare Center aims to provide a safe and welcoming environment for the holistic development of the little ones. It is believed that by creating strong emotional bonds, children feel more secure and their daily experiences become more meaningful.

The Festival takes place every year at the daycare centers and aims to strengthen the bonds between families and the school.

Each teacher at the daycare center demonstrated a unique perspective in approaching the proposed themes, bringing different aspects that contribute to the emotional and cognitive development of the children. The activities were varied and stimulating. There were painting and recycling workshops, and there was also planting of seedlings and many games with parents.

The Importance of Affection in Early Childhood Education

Affection plays a crucial role in child development. At the Padre Eustáquio Daycare Center, it is recognized that when children feel loved and secure, they are more likely to explore the world around them, relate healthily to others, and develop positive self-esteem.

The party organized by the daycare center not only highlighted the importance of affection, but also demonstrated how fundamental values can be transmitted in a practical and tangible way within the school context.
