The audiovisual production team of the National Secretariat for the Cause of Canonization of Blessed Father Eustace began recording the 2023 Lenten Retreat this week. This year, Brother Vanildo Lima Sena, of the Congregation of the Sacred Hearts, will lead the reflections.

The videos, approximately 5 minutes long, are being recorded in a studio set up inside the Padre Eustáquio Church. The set was developed as a team and represents the arid, dry, yet very fertile time for conversion.

The first episodes have already been recorded and are in the editing phase. In addition to filming at the Sanctuary, the episodes will have an opening sequence with images acquired from a stock photo library and the soundtrack of the song "There is no Greater Proof of Love," which was performed by Antônio Carlos Silva, a postulant of the Sacred Hearts.

The 40 videos will be posted starting next Wednesday (Ash Wednesday) and will continue until Palm Sunday, April 2nd. Every day, starting at 5 AM, the episodes will be available on the Padre Eustáquio Channel so you can reflect and prepare well for Easter.
