Next Thursday, June 16th, Catholics around the world, in communion with the Church, celebrate the Solemnity of the Body and Blood of Jesus. The holiday of Corpus Christi It allows us to go out into the streets to publicly proclaim our faith.

At the Archdiocesan Sanctuary of Health and Peace, the Church of Blessed Father Eustace, there will be Mass in the morning at 7:00 AM, without a procession. In the afternoon, at 3:00 PM, the great Eucharistic Celebration will take place, followed by the Procession of... Most Holy Sacrament through the streets of the Padre Eustáquio neighborhood. At the end of the Mass, the rector of the Sanctuary, Fr. Vinícius Maciel, ss.cc., will carry the Blessed Sacrament and pronounce the three blessings upon the people.

The procession will leave the church and proceed along Castigliano Street, turning left onto Riachuelo Street and continuing to Bonaparte Street. Then, the procession will enter Itororó Street until Cesário Alvim Street, returning to the Sanctuary. The 3 PM Mass and the procession immediately following will be broadcast on the Padre Eustáquio Channel on YouTube.

At 8 PM, Canal Padre Eustáquio will broadcast a special program. It will be the second edition of... “"Music and Prayer"”, this time with the theme “Behold the Mystery of Faith”Silvana Felício and Gustavo Cosenzzo will sing songs in praise and adoration of the Eucharistic Christ. The show starts at 8 PM on the Padre Eustáquio Channel.
