This week, Father Edmar Oliveira, ss.cc, began his work in his new mission at the Santo Emídio Parish in São Paulo/SP. The priest will assume the position of parish priest next weekend, but his first contact with the faithful was made last Sunday during the celebration of Holy Mass at 10 am.

The Solemn Eucharistic Celebration for the installation of Father Edmar will be next Sunday at 10:00 AM, presided over by the Auxiliary Bishop of São Paulo, Dom Luiz Carlos Dias.

Father Edmar is from Mário Campos, a metropolitan region of Belo Horizonte, and in recent years, the priest of the Sacred Hearts served at the Health and Peace Sanctuary, the Church of Blessed Father Eustace.
