Conservation work on Padre Eustáquio's objects is highlighted on TV Horizonte.

The cleaning and cataloging of objects and clothing that belonged to Blessed Father Eustáquio caught the attention of TV Horizonte's news team. This week, the Horizonte Notícia news program, broadcast daily by the station, presented the work carried out at the Sanctuary by researchers from UFMG (Federal University of Minas Gerais).

The report, led by journalist Gabrielle Assis, detailed the conservation process of the belongings of Father Eustáquio, which are under the responsibility of the Vice-Postulation in Brazil. During the report, restorers Cybele and Marcelino spoke about the work carried out through the Aldir Blanc Law.

With images from cinematographer Wallace Jardim, the material also showed excerpts from an interview with the vice-postulator, Fr. Vinícius Maciel, SSCC, who explained the importance of the service and the objects, which are also considered relics since they belonged to a Blessed. Father Vinícius also mentioned that the objects will form part of the collection of the future Father Eustáquio Museum, which should be installed in the building next to the church. The project already exists and is awaiting donations to begin its execution.
