A year ago, the Metropolitan Archbishop of Belo Horizonte, Dom Walmor Oliveira de Azevedo, granted devotees of Blessed Father Eustáquio one year of indulgences for the Blessed Father's Year of Priesthood. As this period draws to a close, let us pray for vocations throughout the world! The photos show Father Eustáquio celebrating Mass in the mid-1930s and the Decree of Indulgence signed by the archbishop.

The document provides for the granting of indulgence to the faithful who participated in the jubilee celebrations of the 100th anniversary of Father Eustáquio's priestly ordination, up to August 10th. On this last day, pray for vocations around the world; we suggest an Our Father and a Hail Mary!
