Children from Catechism classes present an exhibition about the life of Father Eustáquio.

On August 30th, during the celebrations of the liturgical day of Blessed Father Eustace, the children and teenagers belonging to the catechism classes of the Archdiocesan Sanctuary of Health and Peace set up an exhibition about the life of the Blessed Father at the Church's Community Center. The exhibition is the result of work developed during classes with the catechists.

Several posters with drawings and cutouts about the life and mission of Father Eustáquio decorate the Community Center. The works belong to the hundreds of children who are preparing to make their first communion at Father Eustáquio's Church.

The first posters tell the story of Father Eustáquio's family, who was born in the Netherlands. Using cutouts and text, the children spoke about his vocation and the early missionary work he carried out. Next, it's possible to see the Blessed's journey through each city where he dedicated a profound apostolate. The exhibition also portrays the beatification at the Mineirão stadium and the various accounts of graces received through the intercession of Father Eustáquio.

The exhibition was one of the opportunities found for children to learn about the life of the Blessed and understand the importance of Father Eustace to the neighborhood, city, country, and the Church throughout the world.

The works remain on display at the Community Center so that people who did not have the opportunity to visit on August 30th can see the exhibition and also learn more about the history and mission of the Blessed One, a missionary of Health and Peace. The Sacred Hearts Community Center, attached to the church, is open every day from 7 am to 8 pm, and no appointment or payment is required for a visit.
