Lent is a time of grace, conversion, and preparation for the Lord's Easter. During these 40 days, we are called to prayer, fasting, penance, and charity, seeking a heart closer to God.
Blessed Father Eustace lived these values deeply. His motto, "Health and Peace," was not merely a greeting, but an invitation to inner transformation and the pursuit of holiness. He frequently fasted, dedicated long hours to prayer, and never hesitated to help those most in need, seeing in them the face of Christ.
During this Lenten season, let us follow his example. May our prayer be more fervent, our fasting teach us to trust more in God, and our charity alleviate the suffering of our brothers and sisters.
May the intercession of Blessed Father Eustace help us to live a Lent of true conversion.
