Emotion and joy mark the Christmas Cantata at the Church of Father Eustáquio.

Held last Friday at the Sanctuary of Health and Peace, Church of Blessed Father Eustáquio, another edition of the Christmas Cantata took place. The performance featured the Military Police Symphony Orchestra, under the direction of Lieutenant Paulo Márcio Natividade, a tradition in the preparations for Christmas at the Sanctuary.

This year the Cantata also featured the return of the Colônia Diamantina Choir with the participation of 22 members, who enhanced the performance with beautiful voices. During the cantata, parishioners represented the arrival of the Christ Child and moved the participants.

The performance, featuring classical music and Christmas carols, began at 8:30 PM, immediately after Holy Mass, and gathered around a thousand people in person and over 700 people virtually via the Padre Eustáquio Channel.
