The motorcade marking the opening of the Novena to Blessed Father Eustáquio will be broadcast in its entirety on the Padre Eustáquio Channel. The idea is that, in addition to publicizing the event to people who are far from Belo Horizonte, parishioners can also use the broadcast to find out where the procession is and prepare to go to their doors and windows to honor Father Eustáquio.

The float is scheduled to depart at 1 PM from the Sanctuary of Health and Peace, the Church of Father Eustáquio, and travel for almost 27 kilometers, passing through nearly all the streets of the neighborhood. The route (which can be seen below) should take about four hours.

The procession with the image of Blessed Father Eustace was first held in 2020 because of the pandemic. Since people were isolated and unable to participate in celebrations in person due to measures to prevent the transmission of the Coronavirus, the Sanctuary's Rector proposed that the image be carried through the streets in a gesture reminiscent of Father Eustace's pilgrimage in his mission to bring health and peace to people.
