On the evening of Sunday, March 20th, the vice-postulator of the Cause for Canonization of Father Eustáquio and Rector of the Sanctuary of Health and Peace, Father Vinícius Maciel, sscc, was received at the Sanctuary of Saint Paul of the Cross in Belo Horizonte. He presided over the Holy Mass and spoke about penance during this Lenten season.

Many parishioners and visitors to the Sanctuary, in addition to the Passionist priests and brothers, welcomed Father Vinícius Maciel on the evening of the 3rd Sunday of Lent for the Lenten catechesis. The priest celebrated the 7 pm Mass and, during the homily, was invited to speak on the theme: Penance, returning to friendship with God.

Father Vinicius also participated in an interview on the Sanctuary's WebTV and visited the relics of Saint Paul of the Cross that are located in the temple.
