The Padre Eustáquio Church in Patos de Minas, Minas Gerais, will be inaugurated in December.

The Blessed Father Eustace church, which is in its final stages of completion in the Jardim Quebec neighborhood of Patos de Minas, will be inaugurated on December 25th. The news was announced this week by the parish priest, Father Márlon Cunha.

With construction beginning in 2018, the new church of the Padre Eustáquio Community of the São Vicente de Paulo Parish (Diocese of Patos de Minas) is being built with donations from parishioners and residents of the region. The church will have a capacity to accommodate up to 100 people and will include, in addition to the sacristy, catechism rooms and sanitary facilities.

The priest in charge of the project, Márlon Cunha, says that the church is almost ready to be delivered to the community. The idea is to inaugurate the site with the Christmas Mass, celebrated on the morning of December 25th, and complete the festivities with a gathering for the children in the street in front of the church.

To help the community complete the works, any donation is welcome. Donations can be transferred directly to the São Vicente de Paulo Parish's Pix account. The key is: 17.832.866/0043-10.
