The Sacred Hearts of Jesus and Mary, which give their name to the Congregation of Blessed Father Eustace, are commemorated this weekend. The liturgical feast for the Catholic Church is celebrated as a Solemnity at the "Health and Peace" Sanctuary in Belo Horizonte.

The celebrations began on Thursday the 18th with the Patron Saints' Live Stream. During it, the parish youth held a prayer session with music and reflections. On Friday, when the church celebrates the Sacred Heart of Jesus, there was a Mass at 7 pm, followed by the Enthronement rite so that devotees could participate from home and prominently display images, prints, or shields symbolizing the Sacred Hearts in their homes and businesses.

On Saturday, the Feast of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, there will also be Mass (at 6 pm) followed by the Enthronement. Everything will be broadcast online. Padre Eustáquio Channel, from YouTube. On Sunday, devotees will have the celebration of the Eucharist at 10 am online, and at 2:30 pm the procession with the patron saints will begin.

Good news for the community: the images to be used in the procession are those that were restored after a man entered the Sanctuary and damaged them with blows from a stick in March 2019.
