The Padre Eustáquio Museum in Belo Horizonte begins workshops for the Padre Eustáquio Voices Choir.

The choral singing workshops promoted by the Padre Eustáquio Social Action (ASPE), through the Padre Eustáquio Museum, have already begun. This initiative aims to form the Padre Eustáquio Voices Choir and promote moments of fellowship, culture, and spirituality.

Inspired by Father Eustáquio's motto, "Health and Peace," the workshops aim to show that art and music are also paths to well-being, fraternity, and building peace among people.

The meetings take place every two weeks at 4 PM at the Padre Eustáquio Museum and are open to the entire community. The next meeting is scheduled for April 8th.

The choir's aim is to work with a varied repertoire that goes beyond sacred and liturgical compositions, also including popular songs, folk music, children's songs, and traditional radio songs.

The workshops are led by Professor Anna Sabina, a music graduate student at the State University of Minas Gerais (UEMG), who guides participants in their musical learning.

No prior singing experience is necessary. All guidance will be provided during the sessions. Those wishing to participate no longer need to register in advance. Simply come to the Museum on the day of the session, where registration will take place.

The initiative seeks to strengthen community life and encourage culture, keeping alive the memory and spirituality of the Missionary of Health and Peace.
