Last Friday (30) the devotees of Blessed Father Eustáquio de Caeté, in the metropolitan region of Belo Horizonte-MG, received the relic of the Blessed. In the evening, Holy Mass was celebrated, presided over by the person responsible for the Cause of Canonization of Blessed Father Eustáquio, Father Vinicius Maciel, SS.CC, who enthroned the first-degree relic (fragment of bone) which will remain in the chapel that bears the name of Father Eustáquio.

After the mass, the devotees went outside the chapel, where Father Vinicius proceeded with the blessing of the fountain of the prophets. Afterwards, everyone was invited to participate in a moment of fellowship with a shared snack.

The celebration and blessing were attended by the mayor of Caeté-MG, Alberto Pires, and the first lady, as well as the builder of the Blessed Father Eustáquio and Our Lady of the Assumption Chapel (Quintas da Serra Condominium), Mr. Joel Matias, and hundreds of devotees from all over the region.
