The Blessed Father Eustace Community, linked to the São Paulo Missionário Parish in Lagoa Santa, Minas Gerais, has taken a new step in its journey of faith. Since the community's creation a few years ago, monthly masses have been held, always on the 30th of each month, in honor of Blessed Father Eustace. In addition, a three-day period of prayer was celebrated during the month of August in homage to the Blessed.
Until recently, the celebrations were held in the homes of the faithful, creating an intimate and welcoming atmosphere. However, the community has grown, and from September 30th onwards, masses began to be celebrated in the neighborhood Residents' Association building.
This new location marks an important step forward for the community, which still does not have its own chapel, but remains steadfast in faith and in the intercession of Blessed Father Eustace so that this dream may soon come true.
During the celebrations, devotees use a leaflet of the Blessed One, a simple way to keep his presence present during prayers, since the community does not yet have an image.
Devotion to the Blessed is evident among the members of the community, who hope to continue growing spiritually and materially under the protection and inspiration of Blessed Father Eustace.
