The vice-postulator of the Cause of Canonization of Blessed Father Eustáquio, Father Vinicius Maciel, SS.CC, delivered this Wednesday, September 25th, a relic and an image of the Blessed, to be placed in the Chapel of Our Lady of Aparecida, at the Casa do Brasil in Madrid, Spain.
Those in charge of the site aim to have relics of all the Saints and Blessed of Brazil in the Chapel.
In addition to Father Vinícius, those present at the handover included the Provincial of the Sacred Hearts in Brazil, Father Osvânio Mariano, SSCC, the director of the house, Cássio Romano, Father Pedro Gordillo Vila, SSCC, Provincial Superior, the Regional Superior of Paraguay, Father Maximino Peña, SSCC, and the Spanish student Tomás Esquerdo Estalella.

Chapel of the House of Brazil in Spain
Its creation dates back to 1959, when, during a visit by President Juscelino Kubitschek, the Spanish government offered Brazil land to build the Colégio Maior Brasileiro (Brazilian Major College).
Inaugurated in 1962, Casa do Brasil functions as a student residence, promotes cultural activities such as exhibitions and conferences, offers Portuguese language instruction, and houses the Brazil-Spain Chamber of Commerce, strengthening cultural and commercial ties between the two countries.
