Blessed Father Eustace and his devotion to Our Lady

It is no wonder that Blessed Father Eustace, belonging to the Congregation of the Sacred Hearts of Jesus and Mary, had a true and filial devotion to the Virgin Mary.

There are many writings by the Blessed One about Our Lady, such as this one for example: “"May God grant that the Catholics of our time may rejoice as a celestial echo of their prayers here on earth, especially their rosary, praying devoutly every day in praise of that holy and good Mother, of whom we speak and preach so much, but it is never too much, never enough, for she is the queen of the rosary, the queen of grace, the inexhaustible source of goodness and help.".

The devotion of Blessed Father Eustace to the mother of Jesus can also be seen in the following text: “Examine if there is not a pain, a cross for which you seek relief – ask, ask your mother, your Mother of Lourdes, and She will grant it to you with great pleasure, with great joy. If we visit in spirit the place of miracles, let us not forget the words that our mother so solemnly spoke to Bernadette, for her to transmit to all posterity: I am the Immaculate Conception!”

For Father Eustáquio, no matter what title the Blessed Virgin Mary receives, one will always stand out:

“Indeed, listeners, we find everything in Our Lady, and the titles that the litany attributes to her should give us complete confidence. The title, however, that inspires the most confidence is this one of mother!”
