This past weekend, Unit I of the Padre Eustáquio Daycare Center celebrated Family Day. This year, the event delighted children, parents, and educators with the theme "Cartoon Families." From the Ugly Duckling to Baby Shark, the featured families inspired a deep reflection on the fundamental values that shape our own families.

Each class prepared an exhibition, immersing themselves in the colorful and captivating worlds of cartoon families. From the adventures of the Three Little Pigs to the magic of the Smurfs, the children and their families were transported to enchanting universes.

The exhibition was carefully planned to convey essential values to the families in attendance. By exploring the unique characteristics of each cartoon family, participants were encouraged to reflect on how these values could be integrated into their own family lives.

The daycare center, located in the Padre Eustáquio neighborhood, currently serves over 300 children from the area. It is maintained by the community through the Padre Eustáquio Social Action program and a partnership with the Belo Horizonte city government.
