Registration is now open for Confirmation 2024 at the Sanctuary of Health and Peace, Church of Blessed Father Eustace. Young people and adults who have not yet received the sacrament of Confirmation can register, provided they are over 15 years old.

The Sacrament of Confirmation: What is Confirmation?

Confirmation is the sacrament in which the faithful confirm and deepen their baptismal vows, receiving the gifts of the Holy Spirit. Confirmation is an opportunity for young people to express their faith in a personal and conscious way.

This sacrament symbolizes the descent of the Holy Spirit upon the apostles, as narrated in the Acts of the Apostles. Upon receiving Confirmation, the faithful are clothed with the gifts of the Holy Spirit, including wisdom, understanding, counsel, fortitude, knowledge, piety, and fear of the Lord. These gifts empower young people to live an authentic Christian life and to face life's challenges with faith and courage.
