Father Vinícius Maciel, vice-postulator of the Cause of Canonization of Father Eustáquio, made a special visit to São Paulo, bringing with him the relic of the Blessed to the Monastery of São Bento. The religious had the honor of presiding over a Celebration in the Basilica and sharing a significant gift with the monks: a first-degree relic and an image of Father Eustáquio.

The relic, which holds great spiritual significance, will be incorporated into the main altar of the monastery, an institution with an impressive 425-year history of continuous activity. The Monastery of São Bento is a historical landmark in the city and bears witness to the faith and devotion of the monks throughout the centuries.

Father Vinícius Maciel's visit is a moment of great significance for the monks and the local community, who have the opportunity to receive a relic of Father Eustáquio, a figure of inspiration and devotion.
