Catechetical Monday is held at the Sanctuary of Health and Peace.

The Sanctuary of Health and Peace, Church of Blessed Father Eustace, hosted the second edition of the Catechetical Fair last Sunday, June 25th. The exhibition is a way to encourage catechumens to live the Word of God.

All catechism classes participated in the event, which was held at the Sacred Hearts Community Center. Some of the topics presented were: God the creator of all things, the Saints, Corpus Christi carpets, the Beatitudes, the adult life of Jesus, us as the Church, the Parables, and the Death and Resurrection of Christ.

Those who visited the fair throughout the morning of last Sunday were able to learn about each theme and hear an explanation from each catechumen about what was on display. The space also featured exhibits of curiosities about the Bible, the Mass through the media, the history of the Jewish people, the Holy Mass, Mary the Mother of God, and the Lord's Day.

The pre-catechesis class at the Sanctuary also presented the work done by the catechumens. Natália and Thalita spoke about the Annunciation of Jesus and used photos of the students' pregnant mothers.

It was also possible to see presentations about Jesus' childhood, the Ten Commandments, and God's people in modern times.

The Catechetical Fair, in addition to promoting the experience of the Word of God, also aims to bring families and the community together to turn to Sacred Scripture, becoming aware of the importance of spreading the Gospel. The next fair is scheduled for the end of this year.
